Imagine a perfect vacation that combines fine diving and fine dining! Join us for a 7-night dive trip in Fiji at the luxurious resort – Paradise Taveuni on March 31 – April 7, 2019! Enjoy one of the best dive destinations in the South Pacific Oceans and an EPIC dining experience throughout the week!


We will be hosted by a private chef- Allan Gortan, with 35+ years of experience.

He will be preparing gourmet snacks for the group during the day and delicious dinners every evening, including live demonstrations and cooking classes so you can experience this culinary delight first hand!

Taveuni is ‘The Soft Coral Capital of the World’ and Paradise is in the heart of it.

Experience an abundance of fish life including Anemonefish, Maori Wrasse, Lionfish, Reef Sharks, Rays, Turtles, Octopus, Garden Eels, Blue Ribbon Eels, Ghost Pipe Fish, Moray Eels and much, much more. With a variety of deep wall drop-offs and shallow drift dives, there is something here for every diver. We will visit Rainbow Reef, which is one of the most famous dive sites in the South Pacific and only 20-30 min boat ride from the resort.

Arrival - March 31

  • Arrive in Nadi Int’l Airport and connect to the short flight to Taveuni.
  • 1-hour drive to Paradise Taveuni Resort
  • Check-in to the resort.
  • Welcome Foot Rub.
  • 60-90 mins cooking class – Kokoda, traditional Fijian Dish.
  • Fiji style Dinner.
  • Optional: enjoy a free check-out/shore dive this afternoon.

April 1

  •  Breakfast
  • 2 guided boat dives.
  • lunch.
  • a 1 hour Garden Tour of the resort’s organic fruit and vegetable farms.
  • Dinner under the Stars in the Paradise Farm (weather permitting).

April 2

  • Breakfast
  • 2 guided boat dives.
  • lunch.
  • Fiji Celebration – coconut tree climbing demo with further demo of how to prepare a delicious coconut sauce.
  • Enjoy a Lovo meal that evening with Meke (dance) performances during dinner followed by a traditional Fijian Kava ceremony.

April 3

  • 2 guided boat dives.
  • lunch.
  • 60-90 mins cooking class – Bele Sushi Rolls.
  • Bele Sushi Rolls will be enjoyed as part of the evening meal this evening. Dinner under the Stars (weather permitting). ceremony.

April 4

  • lunch.
  • visit a local market in a village to see how they prepare the food as well as Village life demonstration
  • Local Fiji Dinner under the starts.

April 5

  • Breakfast
  • 2 guided boat dives.
  • lunch.
  • cooking class – Indian Vegetable Curry and chutney.
  • Indian Night Dinner this evening with curry selection and chutneys.

April 6

  • Breakfast
  • 2 guided boat dives.
  • lunch.
  • 2 hour Sunset Cruise with a Sparkling Wine Cocktail and finger food.
  • We will be dropped off at Black Sand Beach for a special Farewell Dinner (weather permitting).
