Yoga and Diving Retreat Details
We will enjoy two daily Yoga Classes, in the mornings and evenings, in a beautiful open studio overseeing the turquoise waters of Grenada, with our experienced Yoga instructor and trip leader – Iyar Ben Yehuda. Iyar will share her knowledge and love to the Yoga traditions and help each participant make progress at their own pace within the practice. In the mornings we will practice Vinyasa, which focuses our attention to the breathing and how it integrates with movement. During our Vinyasa practice, we will be working on our alignment using props.
During the day, we will put our meditation and breathing skills to the test by scuba diving in the sparkling waters of Grenada. After a successful day of diving in Grenada, the evening practice will be a combination of pranayama (breathing), meditation and soft stretching.
